During retrieval , the vascular assessment of the pancreatic head and duodenum is pivotal, particularly in cases of a replaced right hepatic artery arising from SMA.
In this video, we present the maneuver of Reflux Test by flushing the SMA and checking the outflow from the gastroduodenal artery.
This is a compilation of several retrievals demonstrated in short videos.
